To ensure individual homes also reflect the standards of the community, the Association enforces the Protective Covenants (also known as Deed Restrictions). These guidelines help maintain consistency and curb appeal throughout Summer Hills. The annual assessment paid by property owners helps fund these efforts and supports the services we provide.
